# Full Circle Storyworks Digital Goods & Refund Policy

**Document ID:** FCS-DGRP-001
**Version:** 1.0 — Approved by the owner; outside-counsel review pending
**Effective date:** the publication date shown with this document on fullcirclestoryworks.com
**Last updated:** the publication date shown with this document on fullcirclestoryworks.com

This Digital Goods & Refund Policy applies to downloadable music, licenses, reports, books, and other digital products purchased through **Full Circle Storyworks** (“FCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

FCS operates under the business name **Full Circle Storyworks**, with a mailing address at **16631 Vance Jackson Rd., San Antonio, TX 78255**.

## 1. Our basic promise

We want customers to receive exactly what was offered:

- the correct digital product;
- the promised file format and quality;
- a working download;
- the license or entitlement shown at checkout; and
- reasonable help if delivery fails.

For FCS Music, our customer promise is:

> **Forever yours. No DRM. QA-backed.**

Nothing lasts forever online. Your music should. Download it. Back it up. Keep it.

## 2. Immediate digital delivery

Digital products may become available immediately after payment through a customer library, secure download link, or account entitlement.

Because DRM-free digital files cannot practically be “returned” after delivery, purchases are generally final once the customer has downloaded or accessed the product, except where this Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Where required by law, checkout will ask the customer to:

1. request immediate delivery of the digital content; and
2. acknowledge that any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right may end once download, streaming, or other performance begins.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

## 3. Delivery problems are fixed first

If a file is missing, incomplete, corrupted, or fails FCS file-integrity verification, we will normally attempt to resolve the problem before issuing a refund.

Possible remedies include:

- restoring account access;
- issuing a fresh download grant;
- replacing the affected file;
- providing the correct format;
- correcting account or entitlement records; or
- supplying reasonable compatibility information.

A technical problem with a customer’s browser, operating system, DAC, headphones, speakers, media player, storage device, or network does not by itself mean that the FCS file is defective. The FCS QA checker verifies file integrity; it does not guarantee the quality or configuration of the customer’s playback environment.

## 4. Full refunds

Subject to verification and applicable law, a full refund may be issued when:

- the same purchase was charged more than once and no separate license was intended;
- FCS cannot deliver a valid copy of the purchased product after a reasonable attempt to fix the problem;
- the delivered product is materially different from the product description or order;
- FCS cannot provide the material license rights that were expressly sold;
- the purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to the payment provider’s investigation process;
- FCS cancels the order before fulfillment; or
- applicable law requires a refund.

For an ordinary request unrelated to a defect, billing error, or legal right, please contact us within **14 calendar days** of purchase. We may consider a courtesy refund when the product has not been downloaded or materially accessed, but such refunds are not guaranteed.

## 5. Partial refunds

FCS may issue a partial refund when the customer received part—but not all—of the promised value.

Appropriate examples include:

- a separately priced bundle item was not delivered;
- a separately priced license upgrade could not be provided;
- the customer was overcharged;
- one item in a multi-item order is unavailable;
- a limited service failure warrants a goodwill adjustment; or
- a payment provider or applicable law requires a partial adjustment.

Partial refunds are tied to an identifiable order item, license component, billing correction, or documented goodwill decision. FCS will not invent an arbitrary percentage and then attempt to divide indivisible license rights.

Unless the refund notice expressly says otherwise:

- a partial refund does not cancel unaffected purchased files;
- a partial refund does not cancel unaffected license rights; and
- the customer’s license certificate remains valid for the rights and products not refunded.

The total of all refunds for an order will not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.

## 6. Situations that are generally not refundable

Unless required by law or approved as a goodwill exception, FCS generally does not issue refunds solely because:

- the customer changed their mind after downloading or accessing a DRM-free product;
- the customer later found a different product they prefer;
- the customer did not review the available preview, specifications, license summary, or compatibility information;
- the customer’s playback equipment does not support the full native resolution;
- the customer dislikes the artistic style after purchase when an accurate preview was available;
- a third-party platform changes its rules, monetization policies, codecs, or technical behavior;
- the customer receives an automated third-party claim that FCS can reasonably address through license-support procedures; or
- the customer violates the applicable license.

These limits do not apply when the file, product description, or promised license was materially defective.

## 7. Effect of a refund on files and licenses

A replacement or re-download does not change the customer’s license.

A refund of a duplicate transaction leaves the surviving valid purchase and license intact.

Unless FCS states otherwise in the refund confirmation, a **full refund of the customer’s only valid purchase of a product ordinarily ends the associated download entitlement and license grant**. The customer must stop making new uses of the refunded product. Treatment of already-published projects will be stated in the refund notice when relevant.

A partial refund affects only the specifically identified component or order item.

FCS preserves order, refund, entitlement, and license records for audit, accounting, rights verification, fraud prevention, and customer support. A refund does not cause historical records to be deleted.

## 8. Purchases sold through Link / Stripe Managed Payments

When checkout identifies a transaction as **“Sold through Link,”** Stripe/Link is the merchant of record for that transaction.

For those purchases:

- Stripe/Link processes the payment and applicable transaction-level taxes;
- Stripe/Link sends the official receipt, invoice, and refund notice;
- Link may provide transaction-level support and may process refund requests under its terms; and
- FCS remains responsible for product delivery, downloads, licensing, quality support, and other product-specific issues.

Stripe/Link may issue a refund in circumstances permitted by its terms, including certain requests made within its supported refund period. This Policy does not restrict any right or remedy provided by Stripe/Link or applicable law.

For purchases processed by another payment provider, that provider’s rules may also apply.

## 9. How to request help or a refund

Email **contact@fullcirclestoryworks.com** with:

- your order or receipt number;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the product or track name;
- a short description of the problem; and
- any relevant QA-check result or screenshot that does not expose sensitive payment information.

Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or government identification unless an authorized provider specifically requests them through its secure process.

We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within **five business days**, although complex payment, fraud, rights, or provider investigations may take longer.

## 10. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

Processing time depends on the payment provider, payment network, bank, currency, and country. FCS cannot accelerate a refund after it has been accepted by the payment provider.

If cryptocurrency payments are offered later through a processor, the applicable checkout disclosure and processor rules will control the refund method and conversion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a crypto refund will be based on the recorded purchase value, not a promise to return the same quantity of cryptocurrency.

## 11. Chargebacks and unauthorized transactions

Please contact FCS or the applicable payment provider promptly if a transaction is unauthorized.

A dispute or chargeback does not automatically resolve product-support questions. While a dispute is pending, FCS may temporarily restrict future downloads or new fulfillment actions when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud. Existing records are preserved.

FCS will not retaliate against a customer for exercising a lawful payment or consumer right.

## 12. Mandatory consumer rights

This Policy does not exclude, limit, or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or waived.

If local law gives the customer a longer refund period, repair or replacement right, price-reduction right, digital-content guarantee, cancellation right, or other mandatory remedy, that law controls.

## 13. Policy changes

The version accepted or presented with an order governs that order, except where a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.

We may update this Policy for future purchases. We will post the updated version and effective date on the FCS website.
